Concrete Roof Restoration

Concrete roofs are one of the most durable roof structures, but since concrete is prone to deterioration with time, it requires proper maintenance. If concrete roof is maintained properly, it can last for decades.

Before any concrete roof restoration, roof must be inspected thoroughly to identify any existing cracks, damages or openings for water ingress and all those areas are treated accordingly with suitable ENERCON material. Entire roof must maintain positive slope for drainage and any ponding water areas must be treated.
