Metal Roof Restoration

Metal roofs are not pretty common, but are likely to wear and tear from the environmental factors. Metal roof restoration is important not only to protect from rusting but to extend the roof life span, reduce leakages, and reflect the incident sun light and heat.

When restoring metal roof, it is important to replace or tighten the loose roof fasteners and the roof is thoroughly pressure washed. Corroded metal roof sections must be primed with corrosion inhibiting primer to arrest further corrosion propagation. All side laps and end laps are cleaned and sealed using EnerSeal Tape, before applying liquid silicone roof coating.
